Terms & Conditions for Unbubl

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Unbubl. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use Unbubl with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using email/password or Apple/Google sign-in (via Supabase Auth). You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Service

Unbubl provides location-based anecdotes and notifications. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the service. You must not reverse engineer, copy, or exploit Unbubl’s software or content without prior written consent.

4. Location-Based Services

Some features require access to your device’s location. By enabling location services, you consent to this use. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that location-based content will always be precise or available. Always remain aware of your surroundings when using the app.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features of Unbubl may require payment (e.g., premium content). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your app store or account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Unbubl app, design, and content (except third-party materials) belong to Unbubl or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission. Any content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a limited license to use it as necessary to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Unbubl is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbubl and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service. Termination does not affect obligations that should reasonably survive (e.g., payment obligations).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence within the European Union. If you are located outside the EU, the applicable law will be that of France, where Unbubl is based. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted in the app with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Unbubl after changes means you accept the new Terms.
